Aperol for every season
Aperol, like Cinzano, is an aperitif, alcohol used when toasting. It got established in 1919, yet its exact composition remains a secret.
There are many recipes for Aperol Spritz. One calls for 3 parts of Prosecco, 2 parts of Aperol and 1 part of soda water. Another recipe recommends 1 part Aperol, and a bit of sparkling water. The ratio of each ingredient affects the taste, so enjoy experimenting.
Put ice in the container and gradually add the ingredients as listed. First Aperol, then juice, prosecco, soda. Stir everything, pour into glasses, and garnish with a slice of orange and spring of rosemary.
