Salmon 4 pieces (150g), 3 lemons, butter, Provencal spices, crushed pepper, salt. Smear the salmon with melted butter, mixed with half a lemon juice, Provencal spices, salt and pepper. We make 2-3 smaller pieces of one salmon fillet, which we stuff on skewers and intersperse with lemon slices. We grill for 10-13 minutes.
