- Třtinový karibský rum, jehož zrání je rozděleno do tří fází. Nejdříve zraje 5 let v dubových sudech přímo v Karibiku. Následně zraje již ve Španělsku ve sklepech Williams & Humbert opět v dubových sudech tentokrát 3 roky. Na závěr zraje ještě 2 roky v sudech, ve kterých 20 let zrálo sladké Sherry z odrůdy Pedro Ximenes. Tento rum má harmonickou vůni s dotekem rozinek a fíků. Chuť je velmi jemná, komplexní a hřejivá.
