How does Tesco Hned delivery through Wolt work?
Simply:

- Log in or register to make sure you have account with us.
- On your homepage go to ‘Book a slot’.
- For speedy delivery choose ‘Tesco Hned’.
- A new window will pop up for you to add the delivery address, build your basket and confirm your order.
Tesco orders will be prepared in our stores and delivered by Wolt couriers.
How fast is delivery with Tesco Hned?

How much is delivery?
You’ll always see the delivery fee before confirming your order. The fee starts at 99 CZK and depends on the distance between your delivery address and Tesco store you decide to shop from.
Is there a minimum order value?
Minimum basket amount will be shown when you start building the basket.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once you confirm the order, you can track it in real time. You will also receive order updates by SMS and email.
Do Tesco Clubcard benefits apply?
Clubcard points are currently not available and will not be added to your balance at this time.
What if a product is out of stock?
If a product is unavailable, we’ll choose a suitable substitute if you allow it. You can accept or refuse it at delivery and you will be refunded.

What happens if I miss my delivery?
Please make sure you're available at your delivery address and can answer the phone number linked to your order. If our courier can't reach you and you're unavailable to receive your order, they will try to contact you twice. If you're still unavailable five minutes after the courier arrives, your delivery may be cancelled.
